Korean Food: Kongguksu (콩국수)

Hi,how are you guys doing?? I know MOST of you might be WONDER what did I do for the PAST month, it's exactly a MONTH, after 2 ENTRIES I've been MISSING..I'm so SORRY, I've been so BUSY these days due to FAMILY matters, plus its was RAMADHAN so I FOCUS more WORSHIP towards my GOD/believe. I'm BACK now! Wee ^^ That's the most IMPORTANT part! ㅋㅋㅋ Anyway I guess it still NOT too late to wish EID MUBARAQ to all my MUSLIM readers isn't it?ㅋㅋ EID MUBARAQ to you!

SUMMER had arrived in KOREA, my Korean FRIENDS kept complaining "ahh its HOT these days!" I was like, WHAT??!! At least you just ENDURE it for few MONTHS, over HERE, we just have SUNNY days and RAINING seasons! You are BETTER than us whose LIVING at EQUATOR area!ㅋㅋ Since KOREA is 4 SEASONS country, nor they only have 4 DIFFERENT type of WARDROBE! (kidding)ㅋㅋ in fact they have DIFFERENT meals according to SEASONS too!I ENVY them!!ㅠㅠ

For the last few SUMMERS seasons, I did SUGGESTED patbingsu, samgyetang and another meal. (I FORGOT ㅠㅠ and LAZY to check) ㅋㅋ what about THIS summer then?? I asked few of my Korean FRIENDS about KONGGUKSU (콩국수), well I have NO idea or the TASTE of this meal though since I NEVER try it!ㅋㅋ However looking at the meal PHOTO, seems like YUMMYLICIOUS meal!ㅋㅋㅋ KONGGUKSU normally served with ICE.

What is KONGGUKSU??  Like any other noodle dishes Kongguksu derived from  noodle. In Korea, there are VARIETY of noodles dishes and some of it known as SEASONAL dishes. Of course most of noodle you can get it on 365 DAYS per year but some of DISHES known well to be the BEST to eat during PARTICULAR seasons. Looking at the BROTH for the first time is like a CULTURE shock to me! ㅋㅋ I NEVER try it but I saw it in the MENU before. The broth been MADE by SOY BEANS, which is WEIRD to me.. I wonder HOW can I try it!~ ㅋㅋ For those who wanna try MAKING it, you may watch the VIDEO attached below.~

p/s: This delicious meal NOT only make you FULL but will REDUCE your BODY heat!
